Contact requests

Contact forms are built into this website and submissions are stored in Wix Forms for Skyline Group. The team can review submitted contact details, the property or service requested, and the submission date in its private Wix dashboard. They request your name, email, phone number, service interest, and any optional details you provide. The team uses those details to respond to your inquiry and coordinate next steps. Avoid sending account passwords, government identification numbers, or sensitive financial documents through a general inquiry.

Client reviews

The review widget collects your rating, name, email, written feedback, optional service type, and optional permission to feature your review. Submissions are stored privately in Wix Forms for the Skyline team. Your email is not published. Reviews are reviewed before a public feature; permission to feature your review and first name is optional.

Client accounts and saved properties

You can browse and save properties without an account. If you don’t sign in, your saved properties, comparison selections, and checklist progress stay in this browser only.

If you create a free client account, sign-in is handled by Wix. Your account stores your login email and name. Signed-in apartment favorites can sync to your account, and Skyline Group can use that shortlist to help with your search. New-home and floor-plan favorites currently stay in the browser where you save them; they do not sync across devices. Clearing browser data may remove local favorites. You can sign out at any time or contact us about deleting your account and saved apartment list.

If we send you a hand-picked shortlist link, it only shows the properties we chose. Saving them adds them to your own shortlist.

Newsletter and email updates

If you join our email list, we collect your email address, first name if you provide it, and your subscription consent through Wix Forms. We use it to send move-in specials, new listings, and San Antonio moving updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you.

Live chat

Our website chat is provided by tawk.to. If you start a chat, the name you enter, what you’re interested in, your messages, and basic technical details (such as the page you’re on) are processed by tawk.to so our team can reply. Please don’t share passwords, government ID numbers, or sensitive financial details in chat.

Published property information

The directory contains community-wide listing snapshots compiled from sources including Smart Apartment Data, published apartment listing sites, and builder websites, with current details confirmed on request. Prices, fees, terms, eligibility, availability, and offers may change. The team can help you confirm current details before you apply.

Service requests and appointments

Submitting a request does not confirm a tour or appointment, create a representation agreement, or guarantee a housing approval. The team will discuss your request and next steps directly. Any applicable buyer or seller service terms are discussed separately.

Service providers and external links

The site is hosted by Wix, stores inquiry submissions and client accounts with Wix, uses tawk.to for live chat, and loads fonts, videos, and community images from external services. Interactive directory maps use Leaflet with map tiles from Esri and its credited data providers. Some property views also use Google Maps. Map and image providers receive technical information, such as your IP address, when those resources load. Those providers may process information under their own policies. External resource links are provided for your convenience.
